GPE Welcomes Northeast Consultant Miranda Lobs

Saturday, March 6th, 2010

Going Pro Entertainment welcomes Pro Cheer All Star of New Jersey/New York, Miranda Lobs.

Miranda Lobs, Northeast Pro Cheer All StarMiranda is a Miami NFL alumna, where she was a member of the show group. One highlight of her performances with the NFL included dancing for Third Eye Blind. Miranda has coached and choreographed regional all star programs, the New Jersey Revolution Dancers, and the Boca Raton Recreational Cheerleading League. She also enjoys judging, which has included Radio Disney, the Barracudas Ice Girls, and the Tomcat Arena Football Dancers. Miranda graduated from the University of North Florida, where she received a Master of Arts in General Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication. She recently published a book entitled What No One Ever Told Me About Motherhood.

“No matter how prestigious my accomplishments in life, I always come back to dance.  It is my passion, my staple. After college, I quickly realized the opportunities for adult dancers were limited. When I chose to audition to be an NFL Cheerleader, and I didn’t realize how much my life would be affected. The dedication, talent, and teamwork on a pro team can’t be matched. I fell in love with so much more than the dance elements: the community involvement, the networking, and my favorite… standing on the field with 80,000 fans singing the national anthem! It gave me that sense of being part of something bigger than myself.

“The experience of being a professional cheerleader is so incredible that you can’t leave your chances of making the team up to luck. There are many aspects involved in the audition process that go beyond whether you are a pretty girl or a talented dancer. That is why it is so important to utilize the expertise of girls who have been in your shoes, who have gone through the audition process themselves, who know from experience what it takes to gain that coveted spot as a professional cheerleader or dancer.”

Miranda is one of Going Pro Entertainment’s elite pro cheer alums providing audition consulting, team services and available for talent castings. Pro Cheer All Stars Workshops and GPE services are available in several U.S. markets.
